Below you will find our clinical privacy practices and the policies that help our practice run smoothly for our community:

Clinical Privacy (HIPAA)

We strictly collect Protected Health Information (PHI) necessary for high-quality care.

Information We Collect

Personal: Name, email, phone, address, and date of birth.

Clinical: Information you provide when scheduling or engaging in services.

Website Data: Cookies, IP addresses, and browsing activity (if applicable).

How we use your info

Treatment: To provide services and schedule appointments.

Payment: To process billing and payments.

Healthcare Operations: To comply with legal obligations.

Sharing & Security

We do not sell your personal or health data. Sharing is limited to essential clinical coordination or as required by law (e.g., safety mandates). Read our full Notice of Privacy Practices.

Sharing of Information

We may share information with:

Licensed clinicians and staff involved in your care.

Service providers (e.g., electronic health record platforms, billing software).

Insurance companies, only if you ask us to.

Legal or public health authorities when required by law.

We will obtain a signed Release of Information from you if we are required by HIPAA to do so to share information.

Rights Under State Laws

You have the right to:

Request access to the personal information we hold about you.

Request correction or deletion of your personal data (except when prohibited by medical/legal obligations).

Opt out of certain types of data sharing.

Security

We use secure servers, encrypted platforms, and limited staff access to safeguard your data. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

Third-Party Services

Our website uses analytical tools to improve user experience. These tools collect anonymous traffic data and are managed under separate privacy terms.

Practice Policies

Coaching runs on a monthly reservation: your weekly day and time are held just for you all month. ADHD evaluations and body doubling have their own policies below.

ADHD Evaluations

What’s included: Your evaluation is a single 90-minute appointment that includes an intake interview and a full diagnostic assessment.
Payment: Your card on file will be charged at the start of your evaluation appointment.
Before your appointment: A valid card and signed intake forms are required before your evaluation. Without them, your appointment may be rescheduled.
Cancellations: Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged full fee.
Late arrivals: Because the evaluation takes the full 90 minutes, arriving late may mean your appointment needs to be rescheduled. A rescheduled appointment due to a late arrival may be charged as a late cancellation.
Follow-up: If you receive an ADHD diagnosis, we will schedule a follow-up appointment to review results and next steps. Follow-up appointments are billed separately at $250 and follow the same payment and cancellation policies.
Completion: If you’re not diagnosed, your evaluation ends after your appointment. If you’d like ongoing support, such as coaching, we’re happy to talk about next steps.

ADHD Coaching

Session length: Standard coaching sessions are 50 minutes. Other lengths must be scheduled in advance.
Payment: Your card is charged the evening after each session.
Monthly reservation: Your weekly day and time are reserved for you each month. You are responsible for payment for each weekly session regardless of attendance. Missed sessions and late cancellations are charged the full session rate.
Same-week makeup: You won’t be charged for a missed session if you book a makeup session by 11:59 PM on the day of your original appointment and complete it within the same calendar week (Monday–Sunday).
Makeup availability: Makeup sessions depend on coach availability and are not guaranteed. If you miss or cancel the makeup session, you will be charged the full session rate.
Late arrivals: Sessions end at the scheduled time.

Body Doubling

Body doubling sessions are non-refundable. You may reschedule in advance, but canceled or missed sessions are charged the full session fee. The makeup policy above does not apply. Your card is charged the evening after each session.
