ADHD Evaluations
Understanding how your coverage applies to different types of ADHD support
We’re out-of-network for ADHD evaluations. Your card on file is charged at the start of your evaluation appointment, and we give you a superbill to send to your insurer. We don’t accept Medicaid, Apple Health or state assistance. Before you book, ask your insurer about out-of-network benefits for a diagnostic evaluation.
Good to know: Your card on file is charged on the day of your appointment, before it begins. Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours ahead.
ADHD coaching is focused on executive function, accountability, and practical skill-building. Because it is non-clinical, coaching is rarely reimbursable as a standard medical service by insurance companies.
We provide itemized receipts and documentation that can be easily uploaded for your HSA/FSA records or utilized for tax purposes where applicable.
Pro Tip: Many employer-sponsored benefits like HSA (Health Savings Accounts) or FSA (Flexible Spending Accounts) cover executive function coaching. Check with your benefits coordinator or HR representative to verify your eligibility.
Body doubling provides gentle, real-time accountability and structure through 1-on-1 virtual focus sessions to help you overcome task paralysis and finish what you start. Because body doubling is a supportive productivity tool rather than a clinical treatment, it is not covered by health insurance.
Book sessions as you need them or set up a recurring weekly time. Your card is charged the evening after each session.
Pro Tip: Claim your 1 free hour of Body Doubling to test out a virtual session and see how structured, non-judgmental accountability works for your workflow. Code:BD1FREE
Consistency is the cornerstone of progress. When you schedule, your recurring weekly session time is held exclusively for you.
Coaching sessions are charged as normal, but you can reschedule for a same-week makeup session at no extra cost if booked by the end of the day (11:59 PM) of your missed appointment.
Same-week makeups apply only to coaching, are subject to availability, and must be kept. Body Doubling sessions are non-refundable and not eligible for makeups.
ADHD evaluations: please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours ahead. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged the full fee.
Wondering if it’s ADHD? Take the 2-minute quiz. It isn’t a diagnosis, but it will tell you whether a closer look is worth it.
Not sure where to start? Book a free call. We’ll talk about what’s going on and tell you honestly whether coaching, an evaluation or something else makes sense.
ADHD coaching is $125 to $199 per 50-minute session, depending on the coach. Most plans are four sessions a month. You can start with a free consultation to see if it’s a fit.
An ADHD evaluation with Dr. Stephanie White, PsyD, LCSW, is $475 for a 90-minute appointment, plus a $250 follow-up if you’re diagnosed. We give you a superbill you can send to your insurer.
$30 for a 60-minute session or $45 for 90 minutes, with an ADHD coach on video. No contracts. Book at least 24 hours ahead. Sessions can’t be refunded or made up.
No. Insurance pays to treat medical conditions, and coaching and body doubling are support and skill-building, not treatment. That’s why they aren’t covered and don’t qualify for superbills. Many clients pay with HSA or FSA funds, and we give you itemized receipts for that. Superbills are only for ADHD evaluations.
We’re out-of-network. After your evaluation, we give you a superbill, a detailed receipt with the codes your insurer needs. Before you book, ask your insurer about out-of-network benefits for a diagnostic evaluation.
Coaching builds systems and habits for daily life. Body doubling is doing the work with a coach beside you on video. An evaluation with Dr. White tells you whether you have ADHD and what to do next.
Yes. Coaching builds the plan and the habits, and body doubling gives you protected time to do the work. Many clients use both.
