Welcome to ResilienceADHD, a service of Zeitlin Coaching LLC. By using our website, booking services, or engaging with our clinicians, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

- Our coaching services are intended for all individuals, ages 13 and over. Our therapy services are intended for individuals, ages 13 and over in locations where our therapists are licensed.

- Our center is not intended for people who are actively suicidal or who have mental health conditions our therapists are not trained to treat. We reserve the right to refuse services if eligibility requirements are not met.

2. Nature of Services

- We provide diagnosis, therapy, ADHD coaching, and related mental health services.
- These services are not intended as emergency or crisis intervention. If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

- Sessions are by appointment only.

- Our practice operates on a dedicated appointment model. Your fee holds a recurring weekly time slot exclusively for you.

- Because time slots are reserved, missed sessions or late cancellations are charged in full.
- If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time to respect the next client’s reservation.
- Body Doubling services are non-refundable and are strictly excluded from our same-week makeup policy. Client cancellations or missed sessions will still incur the full fee.
- Fees are the responsibility of the client. Insurance reimbursement, if applicable, must be coordinated directly with your insurance provider. We can provide a superbill for diagnostic and therapy services for you to submit to your provider.

4. Same-Week Makeup Appointments

- If you cancel or miss a coaching or therapy session, you may reschedule and complete a makeup session within the same calendar week (Monday–Sunday) at no extra cost, provided the new time is booked before end of day (11:59 PM) on the date of your original missed appointment.
- This same-week makeup policy applies strictly to coaching and therapy; Body Doubling services are non-refundable and not eligible for makeups.
- The rescheduled makeup session must be kept. If you cancel or miss the rescheduled makeup appointment, you will be charged in full for the session.

Note: Makeup sessions are strictly for coaching and therapy, are subject to provider availability, and are not guaranteed. If a coaching or therapy makeup session cannot be scheduled within the same calendar week, the session fee remains non-refundable and will not roll over to future weeks.
