Frequently Asked Questions

No. Many people who struggle with procrastination experience challenges with executive function, whether or not they have an ADHD diagnosis.

Most people have tried tools without addressing the underlying emotional and neurological drivers. This program starts there, so strategies make sense and actually stick.

This is an educational, skills-based program informed by therapy models. It is not individual psychotherapy.

All sessions are recorded, so you can watch on your own schedule.
